Asha has always been drawn to yoga and longed to learn it under proper guidance. After enrolling in a regular yoga class, she knew she wanted much more than that. After thorough research,when she joined her first ever yoga course YIC from SVYASA affiliated center, all she had was a curious mind ready to dive deep to explore the rich yogic tradition and in turn guide family and friends. Never in her imagination did she see herself as turning into a full time yoga instructor! Yet she started her own practice as a yoga teacher soon after finishing her TTC in yoga.
Soon she delved deeper into the various forms of yoga and earned TTCs on Prenatal Yoga for kids and YIN yoga,mudra yoga and yoga therapy..It didn't stop here,she was very particular to complete courses offered by Yoga Certification Courses offered by Ministry Of Ayush,under GOI.She is now a yoga wellness instructor and to top it up completed 1600 hr Yoga Master certification within a very short span.
She enjoyes every bit of it,both practicing and teaching.Each time she steps on the mat she feels grateful for this opportunity - to help people bring changes in their life,to be able to serve mankind through yoga. She strongly believes stepping onto the yoga mat is a gateway to spirituality.A founding member of Samatattvam Yogalaya, she looks forward to share her learnings to every yoga practitioner.
Neeru is a certified Yoga teacher (200hr) and certified Yoga Master(1600hr) from Ministry of Ayush under the Government of India. She is also a trained teacher for Yoga Mudras and Yoga Therapy. A founding member of the Samatattvam family, she has conducted many workshops in addition to weekly yoga classes.
An engineer for 13+ years in the field of IT, she now focuses on teaching and learning yoga, finding it much more gratifying. She sees yoga as another form of healing. The scientific foundation behind each instrument of yoga, be that asanas, pranayama, mudras or bandhas, are of particular interest to her. Neeru enjoys reading about philosophy, modern psychology and their parallels to yoga.

She is a multifaceted individual, known as a Kathak dancer, singer, and devoted mother of two boys. With a Master's degree in English, she transitioned from being a homemaker to embracing yoga as a central part of her life. Her passion for sports and fitness dates back to her school and college days, reflecting her active lifestyle and social nature. Over the years, she has immersed herself in the practice of yoga, culminating in her journey towards becoming a certified yoga instructor in 2019. She holds a TTC certification from SVYASA University and a Yoga Master certification from The Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, along with additional certifications in prenatal yoga, TTC in mudra therapy, and yoga therapy as well as a founding member of Samatattvam.
Through yoga, she has discovered that the true essence of life lies not in reaching a destination but in embracing and evolving through the experiences along the way. Every step, every challenge, and every moment of growth along the way has shaped her into the empowered individual she is today. It's through this lens of continuous evolution and self-discovery that she continues to inspire others to embark on their own transformative journeys, finding meaning, fulfillment, and balance in the beauty of the ongoing process.
Her belief in life's balance is deeply rooted in her yoga practice, which has been instrumental in achieving harmony and wellness in her life.
A management graduate, Rohita is an avid photographer, graphic designer and professional pastry chef. In her teens as she practiced yoga on the mat with her dad, little did she know that she will become a Yog professional in the times soon to come.
Rohita is a trained Yoga Teacher, registered Yoga Wellness Instructor and certified Yoga Master under the Ministry of Ayush, GOI. She is also certified in Kids Yoga, Marma Chikitsa, Yoga Mudras and Yoga Therapy. As a founding member of Samatattvam Yogalaya her participation in both - online & offline workshops - is highly commendable.
She feels Yoga gives her balance, unlocks her inner peace & energy as she transitions into different roles to follow her passion.
Sandhya's journey into yoga commenced in 2020. A founding member of Samatattvam , Sandhya is a certified in Teacher Training Course (TTC), Yin Yoga, Kids Yoga TTC, as well as in Yoga therapy and Mudra TTC. She furthered her expertise with certifications from the Ayush Ministry as a Yoga Wellness Instructor and Yoga Master (1600hr).
Embracing yoga as more than just a physical practice, Sandhya firmly believes in its integration into every facet of life, both on and off the mat. To her, yoga is a philosophy, a way of life, a path to self-discovery and spiritual growth. It's not just about perfecting poses or achieving physical fitness; it's about cultivating mindfulness, compassion, and inner peace. Alongside her dedication to yoga, Sandhya finds solace in exploring literature, music, and philosophy. Each contributing to her holistic well-being and enriching her journey.
